Do I need to pay to try it?
No. The free plan has no time limit. Use up to 50 certificates every month for as long as you like.
How does the School plan work?
Every teacher with an email address at your school’s own domain (for example name@stmarys.org) is covered automatically. Nobody needs to enter a code. If your school uses a shared system such as C2k, Glow or Hwb, the domain is shared by many schools, so email us your staff list instead and we’ll set it up for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time: email hello@goldstar.school from the address you paid with and we’ll stop it straight away. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing you’ve made is lost. If you change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing, we’ll refund you in full.
